Kelly brings deep compassion and clear vision to her work at Inasmuch. She is motivated by the powerful stories of those who arrive—often carrying little more than what they can hold. Kelly understands that each resident’s journey has been long and traumatic, and she is committed to coming alongside every individual with dignity, respect, and a trauma-informed approach.

Kelly’s heart for service is rooted in recognizing unmet needs and building programs to address them. From 2000 to 2010, she founded and led a registered charity, Mentoring of Mothers Society, which grew to six chapters across six cities. She also identified the need to equip women as “Difference Makers” in their communities throughout British Columbia and Canada, developing two workshops designed to strengthen women’s ministry programs and empower women in leadership.

Kelly began serving on the Board of Inasmuch in 2020 and joined the staff as Executive Director in January 2022.

Kelly has been married to Dave for over 34 years, and they love spending time with their 3 adult children and 3 grandchildren.
